The control committee of the German Football Association (DFB) will initiate investigations against Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann. The coach is said to have made unsportsmanlike comments after a red card.

As a first step, the control committee will write to Nagelsmann at the beginning of the week and ask for a statement, the DFB said. After the statement has been received and evaluated, the committee will then decide on the further progress of the procedure.
