On July 19, the customer loyalty and digitization expert Andreas Unger from the Wertingen advertising agency Hutter & Unger, one of four BTE competence partners, gave a 60-minute lecture on the basics of creativity technology as part of a BTE webinar. The individual steps of a process were presented in order to systematically develop ideas for one’s own company, which could, for example, lead to new, innovative marketing and event activities. Ultimately, however, this method can be applied to all entrepreneurial issues – from finding employees to customer loyalty.
