Tanguy Taller (43) pleads with the Belgian government from Cambodian prison. The native of Bruges was sentenced to life in prison for drug smuggling. Taller, who has a wife and child, calls his detention ‘hell’ and declares the Belgian State at fault. He shares his cell with prisoners suffering from open TB, HIV and scabies.
