After almost three years of building, Brusk is ready to open the doors. The Kunsthal is part of a larger culture project of the city of Bruges. It is not a classic museum, but an open space for art, meeting and innovation. Brusk is close to the Groeningemuseum and will be part of a larger museum park that will be completely shaped by 2030.
The building itself has two large exhibition halls that meet the highest international standards. From May 2026 the city of Bruges is organizing exhibitions here that push boundaries – between old and new, between different art forms. Brusk fits perfectly with the mission of Museums Brugge: quality, research and a strong bond with the audience.
