The first edition was made together with Humberto Canale and the next one will be on June 24 with Susana Balbo and Daring to Create.

Under the concept “2 wineries | 1 experience”each edition combines a menu of steps and wines specially selected for the occasion: a proposal where different wineries in the country dialogue through wine, cuisine and territory.

The initiative reflects the spirit with which Bravado was born: generating meetings that celebrate the diversity of the country’s territories, flavors and cultural expressions. Through gastronomy, wine and music, the space seeks highlight the richness of Argentine identity and bring projects with their own stories and roots closer to the public.

Patagonia & Patagonia: the first edition with Humberto Canale

The inaugural edition was held on May 27th together with the Humberto Canale Bistroon a night crossed by flavors and emblematic products of Patagonia.

Under the concept “Patagonia & Patagonia”, Bravado and Humberto Canale built an experience designed for tour the south of Argentina through cuisine and winehighlighting ingredients, producers and identities that are part of the history of both wineries.

The menu was designed by Mariano Szatma Szotan and Ana Irie together with Humberto Canale’s team, with a proposal of steps inspired by the seasonal Patagonian raw material: oysters, Patagonian lamb, quinces from Río Negro, regional cheeses and winter vegetables were some of the protagonists of a night where each dish sought to express different postcards of the south.

The evening was accompanied by specially selected wines from Bodega Del Fin Del Mundo and Humberto Canale, which were enjoyed in glasses Wolf for a perfect experience, reinforcing that dialogue between gastronomy and wine that goes through the entire cycle.

Next edition: Susana Balbo and Daring to Create

The next edition of La Mesa Compartida already has a confirmed date: it will be Wednesday, June 24, together with Susana Balbo Winery and his restaurant Osadía de Crear.

The experience will feature a step-by-step menu designed by the Bravado team—chef Mariano Szatma Szotan and the pastry chef Ana Irie– next to Flavia Amad Di Leo. It will be accompanied by a selection of wines from both wineries and the Italian waters S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna.
