The padel construction next to the new swimming pool on the Grasduinen domain in Bredene attracts attention from a distance, but appears not to be fully permitted. According to opposition party Team Bredene, this concerns about half of the construction.
The municipality of Bredene responded in writing to the construction violation. “During the periodic consultation between the municipality and Lago, our dissatisfaction was expressed about this state of affairs and the clear order was given that the non-permitted parts must be demolished again. This concerns more specifically the eastern half of the roof and the metal northern wall. The supplier of the roof will partly demolish the structure again in the period at the end of November – beginning of December.”
