H. was arrested immediately after both robberies and the police then found both the stolen watch of one of the victims and a firearm in his car. Yet he denies having something to do with it. He points to the friend who was arrested with H.. But the two victims describe a robber who does not look like him, but on H.. The friend would also be behind the robbery on the computer store.

If the Swanburger is arrested after the street robberies, the police have not yet visited him as a co -perpetrator of the robbery at that store. That suspicion only comes when agents find the laptop of a minor suspect in his room. He must appear before the juvenile court judge next week.

There are more evidence against H., for example, suspicious Lavaley S. (25) – who admits during the hearing that he was driving the flight car – to him as a client. S. was approached via Snapchat for a job for which he would get 500 euros. “I thought it was a batch of soft drugs. Otherwise I would never have been there,” he told his version of the story.

Violence against owner

S. drops co -suspect C. (19) and the minor suspect that day at the computer store. They walk inside with balaclavas. Because Roland has been wearing an alarm button since the robbery in 2016, it is able to quickly switch on the fog generators, which means that the store will be fog. “Then I froze: I had no scenario for it, but now I was prepared for it,” he told NH earlier.

The robbers get disoriented, but know how to grab a loot together. The teenager gives Roland a few hits during the robbery and C. admits that he has aimed his firearm on him. He says he regrets his actions a lot. “I want to apologize to the victim and his family,” he said during the session.

Robbers arrested

Roland finally manages to flee his store. Thanks to the help of bystanders, the police can quickly pick up S., C. and the minor suspect. The latter two carry bags filled with money and electronics. ‘Brain’ H. and ‘robber’ C. have been detained for almost a year now, ‘driver of the flight car’ S. was released after a few months of custody.

The public prosecutor wants them to go all three longer. Against H., he demanded six years unconditionally for preparing and committing three robberies. S. and C. hear a little more than two years – of which eight months conditional – and just over three years – of which ten months conditionally – demand against them.

The judge will rule on the case on 30 June.
