Youth group
For the stab incident, the police arrested four teenagers (16, 17 and 18) from Zwijndrecht. They are all part of the same youth group, the police say. They have since been brought before the examining magistrate, who has decided that they will all remain stuck for longer.
In addition, the police arrested another six young people last Monday for other violent incidents that took place in Zwijndrecht in recent months. It concerns two 14-year-old boys, a 16-year-old boy, a 17-year-old boy and two men of 18. Three of them have been custody by the examining magistrate, the rest can await their criminal case in freedom.
