Remu Aaltonen’s character has changed over the years.

According to the daughter, Henry “Remu” Aaltonen is now more empathetic than before. Jenni Gästgivar

Hurriganes legend Henry “Remu” Aaltonen’s daughter Linda has rarely been seen in public. In the newsletter Remu – The Wonderful Life of Henry Aaltonen (Emilia Miettinen – Tammi, 2026) the daughter tells how 78-year-old Remu has become softer with age.

According to Linda, her father’s nature used to be more violent, even colder.

After all, there have always been those warm feelings, but dad just hasn’t been able to show them in the same way. Now that kind of empathy and cordiality gets through betterLinda says in the book.

According to Linda, the father hardly apologizes or uses the word thank you, but he thanks in his own way.

We might spend an hour looking for a leather jacket that is way too small that we don’t need. But it’s a certain kind of show of trust from him that I now want to give this to that guy.

Linda says that she chooses to tell new acquaintances who her father is.

It is really important to me that people know me as me. I don’t want anyone to get to know Mu only because of dad.

In addition to Linda, Remu has two other daughters and a son, Saska.
