On Heesterseweg in Geffen, two municipal enforcement officers were shot at around a quarter past nine on Saturday evening, probably with an air gun. No one was injured.
While checking a vehicle, they were allegedly shot at from a distance, the police reported. It was dark at that time. Therefore, it is not clear from which direction they were shot.
An impact was also visible on the boa’s official car. The service vehicle has been taken to the station and is being examined. The police report that an investigation must reveal exactly what type of weapon it is.
