Thousands of motorists have since driven past it and have seen the havoc. Around 7.30 am the accident happened, at the Esso Honswijck along the A1 motorway near Muiden.
The police report that the driver was probably unwell when he drove the site of the gas station. “Subsequently, two delivery vans were folded on the driver that are now in the kiosk of the gas station,” said the spokesperson.
‘I thought: wow, fuck’
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital for a check -up. There were no more victims around the gas station, the police said. Three people were stuck on the toilets.
“They are now liberated. They are wrong.” Emergency services were massively present at the scene of the accident. The exit to the gas station was temporarily closed due to the accident.
