BIG moves into the semi-finals of the LoL Prime League

BIG has played its way into the semi-finals of the German-speaking League of Legends Prime League. In the classic against Mouz, the Berliners triumphed 3-1 in the end.

“The streak was really tough,” said BIG midlaner Armin “Kaymin” Kaymer in the post-game interview. “It’s really a load off my heart right now. But we want EU Masters, we want Finals. Therefore: keep fighting.”

While Mouz narrowly defeated Schalke 04 Esports 3-2 in the first playoff round, BIG had clearly wiped Eintracht Spandau out of the tournament 3-0 in the Berlin derby.

In this best-of-five series, Mouz was up front in the second game after winning the opening game, but BIG turned the game around to equalize. Game three then clearly went to the Berliners. In the fourth game, Mouz showed strong fighting spirit again, but ultimately had to admit defeat to his opponent.

BIG continues its run through the playoffs – in the semi-finals, the Berliners now have to face SK Gaming Prime in the fight for the final. Unicorns of Love: Sexy Edition had already secured their spot in the final by beating SK.
