The Danish clothing supplier Bestseller A/S can look back on a successful financial year on the occasion of its 50th company anniversary.
“This was a special year for us because we are celebrating a milestone that none of us could have imagined when the first store opened in 1975,” said owner and CEO Anders Holch Povlsen in a statement on the occasion of the announcement of the current business figures. “We are pleased that we were able to deliver results despite the ongoing difficult conditions in the fashion industry. At the same time, we remain humble and are aware that the coming years will not be easy and we will have to work hard.”
