Jan Hörl celebrated several successes in ski jumping last season. The Austrian hovers privately on cloud 7. The ÖSV athlete has now married.

Ski jumper Jan Hörl shared his private happiness on Sunday on social media. The 26-year-old posted several photos on Instagram that show him and his wife in bright sunshine at the wedding together.

“Yes, because I love you forever!” Hörl said a romantic message. Numerous companions from ski jumping reacted to the happy customer. Among others, Eva Pinkelnig, Maximilian Ortner and Philipp Aschenwald came up with joyful emojis in the comments.

In the past ski jumping season, Hörl also made positive headlines. In the overall World Cup, the Austrian ended up in second place behind his team -mate Daniel Tschofenig. On the four -hill tour, Hörl also only had to give up Tschofenig. Only 1.4 points separated both opponents after a dramatic final in Bischofshofen.

Break in ski jumping – Olympics 2026 as a highlight

At the Nordic World Ski Championship in Trondheim, the silver medal jumped out for Hörl in the team competition and on the large hill. With the mixed team and on the normal hill, it was enough to bronze.

Now the focus for Hörl is the focus before preparing for the coming season in ski jumping. With the Olympic Winter Games in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo (February 6th to 22nd, 2026), a real highlight is on the program. Hörl won the gold medal with the Austrian team in Beijing in 2022.

If the 26-year-old can confirm his achievements from the past winter, he should be a favorite group again in the upcoming ski jumping season.
