Duty fulfills: Bayern wins “classic” against BVB

With Bayern, the high favorite came to Dortmund. The BVB appeared compactly – and made it as difficult as possible for the defending champion.
FC Bayern has reached the round of 16 in the women’s DFB Cup. In the first “classic” against Borussia Dortmund, the team won 2-0 (2-0) thanks to double scorer Pernille Harder. The Munich women went into the duel with the regional league as a defending champion and clear favorite, but had problems in their own half, especially in the second half. The BVB presented itself very well on the outsider role over long distances.
The draw for the round of 16 (November 15th to 17th) takes place on Sunday, DFB sports director Rudi Völler serves as Losfee.
