After a clear semi-final victory against Greece, Turkey is the opponents of the German world champions in the final of the European Basketball Championship.
The team led by the NBA-Jungstar Alperen Sengün from the Houston Rockets made exceptional athletes Giannis Antetokounmpo and its Greeks in the semi-finals on Friday with 94:68 (49:31). On Sunday (8:00 p.m.) the Turks play around their first European Championship title in the final of Germany.
The best thrower of Türkiye was Ercan Osmani with 28 points, Sengün came up to 15 points and twelve rebounds. Antetocounmpo ultimately booked twelve points and also twelve rebounds for a weak appearance. The star of the Milwaukee Bucks had only achieved four points throughout the first half.
