Oklahoma City Thunder has received a rare defeat in the NBA. The team of the again strong German Isaiah Hartenstein lost 101: 116 at the Minnesota Timberwolves, it was the first defeat after seven wins in a row and the tenth of the season in general.
OKC has already achieved 44 victories and is therefore at the forefront of the Western Conference. Before the All-Star weekend in San Francisco, only another NBA team has such a strong record: the Cleveland Cavaliers, first of the Eastern Conference.
Hartenstein achieved a double double, as a center he came to 10 points and 12 rebounds. The best thrower for Oklahoma was once again Shai Gilgeous -Alexander with 24 points – for the Point Guard, however, a series of 22 games ended in which he had always scored at least 25 points.
Win Mavs without stars
In the duel between two teams that had lost their biggest stars in the past few weeks, the Dallas Mavericks prevailed against Miami Heat. The Texans won 118: 113 – and not only without the Luka Doncic, skillful for the Los Angeles Lakers, but also without all other stars in the squad. Miami, who separated from Jimmy Butler, was not enough for Tyler Herro’s 40 points to victory in the varied encounter. In turn, the Heat had to do without Bam Adebayo and newcomer Andrew Wiggins.
Butler wins with Warriors
Meanwhile, Butler celebrated a 105: 98 against the Houston Rockets with his new team, the Golden State Warriors.
