Braunschweig had the right answer to Ulm’s victory in the Basketball Bundesliga and won.
The Löwen Braunschweig struck back in the battle for second place in the basketball Bundesliga. At the Niners Chemnitz, the team of Jesús Ramírez celebrated a 95:83 (51:47) victory and thus again referred competitor Ulm to third place. The Ulm had previously celebrated a clear 92:66 (38:36) home win against MBC Weißenfels.
For the lions, the victory in Chemnitz was the 13th season success – no team has so far. However, Bayern, as league leaders, have three and pursuers Ulm one less game.
Göttingen loses basement duel
Meanwhile, BG Göttingen in the basement duel narrowly lost at the Frankfurt Skyliners. The 94:95 (34:40) meant the ninth BBL defeat in a row. So far, the Lower Saxony could only win one game, at least five.
