Backstreet Boys singer AJ McLean and his wife Rochelle are finally separating. After a break in their relationship, the two have decided to divorce, McLean shared in a joint statement on Instagram.
The singer and his wife announced in March that they were temporarily separated and hoped to be able to work on their marriage. “Although we hoped for a reconciliation, we have decided to officially end our marriage. It is with great love and respect that we have made this decision,” they write.
McLean, 45, met Rochelle when she was working as a waitress at a restaurant. They married in 2011 and have two daughters together: Ava (10) and Lyric (5). The family has been spotted together during outings in recent months, such as last November at the premiere of Trolls 3 in Los Angeles.
