The windows of at least eleven cars on Lunetstraat in Breda were smashed on Tuesday morning. They were parked in a parking lot. Among other things, a house key was taken.
The damage to the cars is extensive. According to one of the car owners, it is not clear whether it concerns vandalism or attempted theft. “A number of cars were completely turned upside down,” says the man. “They took the house keys from one person. Why would you do that?”
A 49-year-old man from Breda was arrested. The police are still investigating who he is and what exactly happened.
