And it is precisely starting from this belief of his and ours that the Foundation was born twenty years ago, with the aim of promoting the progress of science by working in two great directions: the promotion of a scientific culture through correct information and funding for research , the true heart of our activities” declares Professor Paolo Veronesi, President of the Foundation.
