The current overview of the best-selling preorders in the PlayStation Store showcases the most anticipated upcoming titles among PSN users. At the forefront are several editions of the significant releases set for this year.

For PS5 and PS4, a host of new releases are on the horizon. Many of these titles can already be reserved in the PlayStation Store ahead of their launch. The preorder statistics reveal which games are generating particular interest among players.

GTA 6 and Black Flag Resynced Lead the Charts

The preorder charts are topped by “GTA 6.” The Ultimate Edition, priced around €100, occupies the first position, while the Standard version at approximately €80 follows in third place. Rockstar Games has slated the open-world title for a November 19, 2026 release, available for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

In the second and fourth spots are “Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced,” a remake of the 2013 “Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag.” Ubisoft is set to release this pirate adventure on July 9, 2026. Also making waves is “Echoes of Aincrad,” an RPG from the Sword-Art-Online universe, appearing in the charts with three editions at ranks 5, 9, and 11, and launching worldwide on July 10, 2026.

Shooters and Sports Games in the Top Half

The first-person shooter “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4” is represented by both its Vault Edition (rank 6) and Standard version (rank 13). The regular launch is expected on October 23, 2026. Meanwhile, the EA Sports MVP-Bundle, featuring “College Football 27” (set for July 9, 2026) and “Madden NFL 27” (August 13, 2026), claims rank 7.

The remake of “Halo: Campaign Evolved,” debuting on July 28, 2026, and bringing Halo’s campaign to PS5 for the first time, holds positions 8 and 12. This shooter outperforms “Marvel’s Wolverine” from Insomniac Games, which launches on September 15, 2026, ranking 10 and 16.
