The Kingdom Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of mr. RR Engels as a member of the Management Council of the Common Court of Justice, on behalf of the country of Curaçao. The appointment is on the recommendation of Minister Weerwind for Legal Protection and will take effect on 1 December 2022.
Mr. Engels (1980) succeeds Mr. Hanze, who left the Board of Directors at the beginning of this year. The Management Board supervises the Common Court of Justice. The Board consists of four members who are appointed for a period of 5 years.
