drs. EBK (Ernst) van Koesveld becomes a consultant at ABDTOPConsult at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The Council of Ministers has approved the proposal of Minister Bruins Slot of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The appointment will take effect on September 1, 2023.
Ernst van Koesveld has been Director-General of Long-Term Care at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) since October 2019. Before that, he was director of health insurance and also deputy director-general of long-term care at VWS. He previously held various positions at the Ministry of Finance, including Director of General Financial and Economic Policy. He also worked for the UN development programme, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Erasmus University.
Ernst van Koesveld studied General Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
This appointment was made through the procedure for the top management group of the General Administrative Service.
