As part of the spring/summer 2025 collection, the fashion and lifestyle brand Supreme has announced a collaboration with Aphex Twin. Together they bring out a shirt.
Review of 1999
The design of the black T-shirt was taken over by the 1999 “Windowlicker” EP. At the center of the upper part: The Photoshop grine face by Aphex Twin, which was made on the body of a woman in a bikini.
In a rather scribble handwriting you can read a “Cock/Ver10” part-a track from the fifth studio album Drukqs (from 2001): “Come on you c *** s, Let’s have some aphex acid.”

In December there were quasi-new
At the end of 2024 there was already new Aphex Twin. So quasi. Because Richard David James, as he is called with a bourgeois name, surprisingly released a compilation on which 38 pieces can be found, which have so far only been distributed to six vinyl releases at the Merch stand at his live gigs in London, Barcelona, Manchester and Houston gave to shop. The title of publication therefore fittingly: Music from the Merch Desk (2016-2023).
According to “RA”, this year’s cooperation between Aphex Twin and Supreme is not the first work of the fashion company in which you refer to the artist. As early as 2018, the 53-year-old served as a source of inspiration when the brand came together with the director Chris Cunningham and brought out a T-shirt in the style of his film “Rubber Johnny” from 2005. Cunningham had made the film in collaboration with Aphex Twin.
