All of chili struck by large electricity, the government calls out a state of emergency and sets evening clock

The electricity has failed in large parts of Chile. This is reported by the civil protection of the South American country. According to the ‘La Tercera’ newspaper, everything together would be around 80 percent of all households without electricity, in 14 of the 16 regions. The capital Santiago has also been hit. There is no clarity about the cause of De Panne for the time being. It is about the largest power outage since 2010.
