All climate adhesives arrested were released on Monday after blockades

There is no sign of deterrence by the state: After the climate stickers had already caused chaos in the capital through a confirmed action on Monday, according to BZ information, all those arrested were released from the prison collection point at the State Criminal Police Office building that same evening around 9 p.m (LKA) dismissed.

Tuesday is also a challenge for the police. Before 7 a.m. the chaos struck again in rush hour traffic. During rush hour. At the corner of Elsenstrasse and Puschkinallee in Treptow, the police were able to prevent seven blockers from sitting on the road.

Numerous climate adhesive blockades on Tuesday in Berlin

► At the corner of Osloer Strasse and Prinzenstrasse in Wedding, several demonstrators used sand glue. Special technicians had to be called in to end the situation. Almost at the same time, emergency services were able to prevent a blockade at the corner of Hardenbergstrasse and Ernst-Reuter-Platz; the climate chaotic people were pushed or carried off the street.

A short time later, seven people stuck themselves on the Mehringdamm at the corner of Bergmannstrasse (Kreuzberg). Here too, police officers were quickly able to get traffic moving again.

► On the corner of Halleschen Ufer and Wilhelmstrasse (Kreuzberg), Klima-Kleber also used sand glue. Once again, special police technicians had to be called in; a man complained of pain after the operation and had to go to the hospital for an X-ray.

An official: “It’s unbelievable that they’re also tying up the fire department’s rescue resources.”

Not the only incident of this kind: five blockers got stuck at Luisenplatz (Charlottenburg). One then had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance because one of his fingers hurt.

► At Landsberger Allee and Siegfriedstraße in Prenzlauer Berg, road users were led past a blockade. Five people stuck themselves on Mollstrasse at the corner of Prenzlauer Allee (also Prenzlauer Berg) and caused traffic to come to a standstill in the direction of the main train station.

► At the corner of Landsberger Allee and Weißenseer Weg, eight slobs attached themselves with sand glue. The last generation caused a traffic jam on Kantstrasse leading to the exhibition center; the public transport station was at Hermannplatz and Sonnenallee in Neukölln.

“The public prosecutor’s office and courts cannot keep up with the many cases”

The police union (GdP) in Berlin condemned the actions and named circumstances that make their actions easy for the last generation. Spokesman Benjamin Jendro: “Unfortunately, Berlin’s population has to be prepared for the fact that it will take longer on important traffic arteries in the next few days because these well-financed hobby end-time apologists will encounter a broken Berlin authority structure.”

With only one ASOG judge on duty, it is difficult to at least temporarily remove someone who has already been arrested several times. “The public prosecutor’s office and the courts are obviously not keeping up with the many cases.” They are asked not to get carried away with crimes. The last generation is an absolute minority; the core of this hierarchically organized group wants to divide, not shape and paralyze the democratic constitutional state.

“In order to counteract this as effectively as possible, we should set up a ZEB (Central Initial Processing Office) as quickly as possible, like on May 1st, and the judiciary should ramp up to be able to cope with the masses,” said Jendro.
