Alan Green has died at the age of 77. It tells about it, among other things 7 News.
Green, who died on January 14, 2025 at his home in Melbourne, was a surfing icon who founded the surf brand Quiksilver in 1969. The man suffered from several different types of cancer.
Today Quiksilver manufactures not only surfboards but also various clothes, shoes, swimwear and jewelry.
Australian Green will be missed especially by his wife Barbara and the couple’s three children Fletcher, Holly and Roxy.
