Aktia reportsthat its services have a service break during Easter. The interruption has a broad impact on the services provided by Aktia.
The break will begin on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 8 pm and is expected to end on Tuesday 22 April. by 6:00 am
-You can prepare for a service break by handling banking, such as accepting e-invoices, and other service that requires authentication before breaking. If you wish, you can also withdraw cash, as Aktia’s debit cards may have interference, the bulletin guides.
– If you need a strong authentication service during the break, one option for a strong electronic identification is a mobile certificate ordered from a telecom operator.
Aktia says her telephone service is closed during the break, as is normal on weekends and holidays.
This is how to affect the services
- Aktia’s cards: Cash withdrawals and purchases in stores work with Aktia’s Credit cards normally during the break. Disabilities may occur. Aktia’s Credit and Debit cards cannot pay online purchases.
- Finnair cards: Finnair Visa Credit and Finnair Visa Credit Light work normally both in stores and online shopping.
- Electronic Services: Online Banking, Mobile Bank, Aktia Wallet and Aktia ID recognition application are not used during the break.
- Identification in authorities’ services (eg Kela, self -government, tax administration) and other services requiring strong authentication do not work with AKTA ID or bank IDs and SMS confirmation.
- If the AKTIA Debit card is connected to a third party service (eg MobilePay), the service may have interference.
- Incoming SEPA quick transfers will not log in to accounts.
