Airen Mylene becomes regular newsreader in Frank Dane’s afternoon show | show

As of today, Airen Mylene (37) is the regular newsreader in Frank Dane’s afternoon show on Radio 538. The station has just announced this. ‘With the arrival of Airen, the afternoon team is finally complete,’ Dane responds.

Mylene made her debut as a newsreader today in The 538 afternoon with Frank Dane, which can be heard every Monday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Previously, the presenter could already be heard as a substitute The Coen and Sander Show. Airen combines her new role at Radio 538 with the presentation of, among other things, the SBS6 program Show news.

According to Mylene, the radio has stolen her since she had to fill in for Coen and Sander. “It was a party,” she says. ,,I am really looking forward to working with Frank, Jelte and the team.”

Frank Dane is also happy with Mylene’s arrival, stating that ‘the afternoon team is finally complete’. “Besides being a great newsreader, she is also one of the nicest presenters in the Netherlands. I am already looking forward to all the fun radio moments that we will experience together!”

Jo van Egmond, who read the news earlier in the afternoon, moved with The Coen and Sander Show to Friday afternoon. She has also been reading the news from Monday to Thursday during Coen Swijnenberg’s lunch show since October.
