The police have released images of the two boys suspected of assault in Eindhoven at the end of July. After a night out, they allegedly beat up three other boys on the Oude Stadsgracht. It happened so badly that the victims remember very little about it. Police are looking for anyone who recognizes the boys in the photos.
The assault happened on the night of 29 to 30 July at four o’clock in the morning. The victims walked on the Oude Stadsgracht in the center of the city and were approached by the perpetrators there. A short conversation ensued. As the boys walked on, they were slapped out of the blue.
Lots of bystanders
They were injured and do not remember much of the beating. Investigations and camera footage show that many people saw it happen that night, but it is not clear whether anyone tried to intervene. The police have already spoken to a witness a few days after the assault, but are looking for more people who saw something.
The police are looking for a blond boy. He was wearing a white shirt and white pants on the night of the assault. The other suspect is light-skinned, has dark hair and wore a black T-shirt and gray pants that evening.
