The Royals had previously written in their statement: “After examination and evaluation, Club Atlético de Madrid has gratefully rejected the offer, which was made within the framework of the good relations between the two clubs.” However, Atlético doesn’t want to know anything about thanks and good relationships between the clubs.
Finally, Atlético added sarcastically: “How can we not get along well when you make us laugh even more than FC Barcelona?”
