Anyone who has to have a serious medical scan performed in the hospital is increasingly paying supplements to radiologists for this. Federal Minister of Health Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit) has a bill ready to counter this trend. This was approved for the first time by the full Council of Ministers last Friday, his cabinet reports. A few days earlier, a meeting by the top ministers got out of hand.
