19 of the 20 Premier League places of the coming season were already awarded before Saturday afternoon. Now the last participant has also been determined.

The AFC Sunderland has made it into a dramatic game. In the play-off final in the Wembley Stadium, the “Black Cats” won 2-1 against Sheffield United.

Sunderland was still 0: 1 behind at the break. But a wild final phase with a winning goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time brought the victory.
