Leonardo Scatturice, Milei’s favorite businessman, alleged former spy in a millionaire and lobbist from the SIDE before the Trump government, has historical ties with the media businessman Daniel Hadad. Sources close to Hadad recognize a friendship relationship with Scatturice, but deny any type of business. They say it is only dedicated to Infobae. December 28, 2017, Daniel Hadad sold Department 1603 of the South Tower of the Continuum In South Beach Complex in Miami, located in 100 South Pointe Drive. As the Scatturice environment clarified to news, “the purchase of a good does not imply any commercial relationship.” However, there are issues that attract attention. First, Despite having created two months before buying the department, the company established that same home: 100 South Pointe Drive, Unit 1603. That is, Scatturice created a domicile company constituted in an department that was still by Daniel Hadad and that he was going to buy two months later. He did the same in “Mdelm LLC”, created a month later. A source close to Hadad indicated that Scatturice rented the department since before buying it.

Third, not only Scatturice declared Hadad’s home before buying it and in two different societies, but the same happened backwards. Hadad and his wife used Department 1603 in their role as directors of another company, “My Estates II Corp.”, many years after having sold it to Scatturice. Much later, even that the buyer lifted the mortgage for the money that Hadad himself had given him. They sold it in December 2017, but continued to use it as directors of “My Estates II Corp.” Until 2023.
