ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES IN COMPANIES.

When I studied business administration at the university with a mention in HR, it was something that I identified with since everything related to the business environment and its human resources is important, which is what carries out the functions of the organizational structure, carrying out the tasks. functions as such, currently with technological changes and artificial intelligence it is a tool of great value as it helps staff to solve and provide effective solutions in less time. Thanks to the fathers of the Administration Frederick Taylor and Henry Fayol who They provided their proposals proven for the optimization of production in 1916, offering improvements to administrative theory.

However, we cannot forget that in administration there are rules that, when applied by the directors, shareholders of the organization, allow optimal management results to be achieved.

There are 4 fundamental principles in administration:

Plan: it is the first step, where the results that the company intends to achieve with the team of each department are determined.

Organize: is responsible for grouping the activities planned by the company, to achieve the fulfillment of the objectives.

Directing: consists of exercising command, guiding and directing employees.

Control: It is the act of supervising and regulating various activities so that they conform to pre-established standards or criteria.

For all of this to comply with the principles, it is important that an organization is coordinated and planned in its activities with human resources, suppliers, collaborators…, to seek the achievement of an explicit and common objective or purpose, through the division of labor. , functions, through hierarchy of authority and responsibility.

When the guidelines are met with the pre-established logistics and its four administrative principles, everything should flow and thus achieve the goal or objectives proposed in the planning.
