So far, neither Horst Steffen nor the SVE has officially commented. According to information from the Saarland radio, Steffen will leave SV Elversberg and switch to Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.
Werder Bremen has confirmed the obligation of a new trainer to the SR, but has not yet given a name. Steffen seems to have finally been to Werder after the narrowly missed ascent with Elversberg.
