Two cars collided with each other on the Bosweg in Hoogersmilde tonight. One of the cars hit a tree and hit the head. The accident happened around 6.10 pm.
The emergency services arrived quickly. A boy who was in one of the cars was taken to the hospital. The other car was driven by a man. He remained unharmed, just like his dog who was also in the car.
The police are investigating how the accident could have happened. The Bosweg is currently closed to traffic.
