TILBURG – Martin van Geel has been involved in the football world for 45 years. But the general director of Willem II had never experienced a worse day than Tuesday. In addition to trainer Fred Grim, he saw technical director Joris Mathijsen leave the Tilburg club, the man he had helped with his first contract as a player and later brought to AZ and Feyenoord.
