A celebratory concert topped off the coronation – William said he was proud of his father

The coronation celebration concert was held in Windsor.

Prince William of Wales addressed the crowd at the coronation concert at Windsor Castle. He said he paid tribute to his father, King Charles, and went on to say that the late Queen Elizabeth would be proud.

– Grandma is up there keeping a gentle eye on us, he said.

William highlighted King Charles’ achievements over the past 50 years.

– Dad, we are all so proud of you.

– I commit to serving you all. King, country and commonwealth, the prince promised the people.

Princess Catherine and William attended the concert together with their eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Five-year-old Prince Louis stayed at home.

Coronation concert

The concert started with a message from the king, in which he promised to serve the people with loyalty, respect and love.

Top Gun star Tom Cruise also told the king in a video that he can act as his wingman at any time.
