It is official: there is no penalty for the US rapper. He was not spoken for guilty in the court trial.
The process dragged on. As early as August 2022, Rakim Mayers, as A $ Ap Rocky is called, was charged. The accusation: he is said to have shot on his former buddy a $ ap relli (Terell Ephron). Several weeks of legal proceedings are now behind the striped rappers and now the result: A $ Ap Rocky was found for innocent. The musician celebrated the outcome of the process.

When the verdict was announced in favor of A $ Ap Rocky, he was happy and reported towards the jury: “You saved my life!” Then he hugged the bystanders.
Rihanna also supported her partner at the process. On January 29, she showed herself in the courtroom for the first time, in which the trial was rolled up on January 21 to represent her support for the 36-year-old.

A $ ap rocky against A $ ap relli: That happened between the rappers
Mayers are accused of shooting a $ Ap Relli in a confrontation on rap colleague A $ Ap Relli. Relli and Rocky once belonged to the same rap collective called “A $ Ap Mob”, which was founded in Harlem in 2007. At a pre -judicial hearing in 2023, Relli said that he and Rocky had already been friends at school.
But the relationship seemed to suffer from Rocky from the rocket -like success. In November 2021, the two apparently wanted to meet in Los Angeles to clarify their differences. According to the public prosecutor, the peace discussion drifted down in an absolutely wrong direction. The two rappers met in a parking garage, whose cameras were part of the incident. Rocky and Relli seemed to argue briefly and then Rocky – according to the public prosecutor – pulled a gun from his waistband and shot. Relli was touched by the ball on the ankle.
You can see parts of the argument on the tapes, but you don’t see Rocky fired a shot.
In 2022 Mayers was arrested at Los Angeles airport, and he had just returned with Rihanna from Barbados. The father of two was released on the deposit after he had not guilty.
