Australian town is looking for general practitioner: spacious salary, house and car, but there is a downside

The rural town of Julia Creek in the Australian state of Queensland is looking for a replacement for her only general practitioner who will soon leave. The offer sounds extremely attractive with a salary of up to 680,000 Australian dollars (around 395,000 euros) plus free living space and a car, but there are some snags under the grass.
