Mr. GJJ Heerma van Voss becomes a member of the Council of State. Mrs. J. Luijendijk becomes the state council in the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State.
The Council of Ministers has agreed to the proposal of Minister Uitermark van The Interior and Kingdom Relations in accordance with State Secretary Struycken of Justice and Security to nominate them for appointment.
Mr Guus Heerma van Voss (67 years old) has been the state council in the Advisory Department since 2012. He stays that. But he also becomes a member of the Council of State. The Council of State consists of the vice-president and a maximum of ten members.
Mrs. Hanneke Luijendijk (51 years old) is currently a legal adviser in the permanent representation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the European Union in Brussels since 2017.
The appointment of Mr Heerma van Voss starts from the date of signing the Royal Decree and of Mrs Luijendijk on 1 September 2025.
