The arrival of asparagus in stores is a sure sign of spring.
The asparagus season is about to begin, and the first asparagus has already arrived on store shelves. In the early spring, only foreign asparagus is available, but in late spring and early summer you can also have a domestic version. Easy and tongue-in-cheek asparagus food is created in an oven, which combines asparagus with the taste of the Italian Caprese salad. The asparagus is covered with mozzarella grater, sweet cherry tomatoes and high quality olive oil. After quite fast and clever preparations, the oven will take care of the rest.
The frosted baking sheet covered with mozzarella and tomatoes acts as a starter as well as a side dish for fish or chicken, for example. Easy food is created in less than half an hour, so it is not too much to waste too much on this spring delicacy.

1 bunch of asparagus
salt
black pepper
0.5 dl of olive oil
100 g of mozzarella grater
250 g of cherry tomatoes
fresh basil
balm vinegar
1. Cut the wooden stoves of the asparagus. Place the asparagus on the baking sheet on a baking sheet.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Lorauti on top of high quality olive oil.
4. Sprinkle the mozzarella grater over the asparagus.
5. Put on top of the cherry tomatoes.
