Sean “Diddy” has been in custody since September 16, 2024. The rapper and producers are accused of abuse, sex trade, prostitution and blackmail. FBI and SDNY also determine whether the 55-year-old initiated so-called sex parties (with a prominent guest list, Usher, Leonardo DiCaprio or Justin Bieber), where drugs were sold and sex trade was completed. Previously, in March 2024, raids were held by the police on his property due to such allegations. In time, more and more complaints have accumulated against Diddy. A new one comes from a photographer who claims that Combs would have forced him for oral sex.
So the new allegations are
The photographer, who wants to remain anonymous in the “TMZ” law, refers to a time between “2022 or 2023” with his claims. At that time he was on the set of a “top -class” advertising raw and Sean “Diddy” Combs would have taken him in his trailer there. Allegedly to talk about his next career opportunities. But as soon as they were alone in the room, the musician would have opened his pants and cleared his actual intention.
According to the application, Diddy would have told the man: “If you blow properly, I will get your career going.” What in turn meant for him: if he did not fulfill it, it would be completely over with the work as a photographer. He saw no other way out than doing what the US star asked from him.
In the lawsuit, other details and insults on the part of Combs to the process can be read. And only when Diddy was satisfied that the photographer was supposedly thrown out of the trailer and then “had not only struggled with the trauma of the situation, but also with the knowledge that he had Combs’ sperm on and in his body.”
What followed
After the day on the set, the plaintiff never heard from Combs again, but he had carried away a “trauma”, which is why he would now sue the musician.
DIDDY’s lawyer team has commented on the new allegations as follows: “No matter how many complaints are submitted – especially by people who refuse to put their own names behind their claims -, there will be no change in the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually attacked or sexually acted – neither a man nor a man, neither an adult.”
And further: “We live in a world in which everyone can submit a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal proceedings to find out the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court.”
The court trial against COMBS is to roll in May 2025.
