The HSV does not look like a plausible option – and not only compared to the 1st FSV Mainz 05 and Borussia Mönchengladbach, but also in relation to 1. FC Köln. If both the goats and the red pants return to the Bundesliga, the 25 -year -old could also be preserved for his current employer – at least the HSV does not offer anything in the event of fundamental questions that Linton Maina could not have with effée.

A move to Hamburg would only make sense if the player there was more or less safe, while in Mainz and Gladbach he would only be a supplementary player and at the same time the 1. FC Köln stays in the 2nd Bundesliga. At the moment, however, nobody can seriously assess the league membership of the two second division clubs – this may only be decided on the last match day or afterwards during the relegation.

Either way, the two first division teams should be in a considerably better negotiating position – sporty and financially. Even if the foals from Mönchengladbach will not be represented internationally in the coming season, they are on the road as an established first division team in a more sporty fairway than an advancement.

I encourage that this is largely namedropping, as long as Jean-Luc Dompé has not yet made a decision on his whereabouts at the HSV. There is another winger, who shows appealing services in the 2nd Bundesliga, an obvious “speculation object”.
