It has been restless in Turkey for a whole week. Massive protests broke out in various cities after the mayor of Istanbul was arrested; President Erdogan’s most important political opponent. Editor Suzan Yücel went there and saw an escalation of years full of anger and frustration, and also how the rest of the world is silent.
