Spring shows its best side these days. The sun shines exuberantly and the temperatures are increasing. Tomorrow it can even get so hot that an almost 90 year old heat record is destroying.

Noord-Holland today gets a sunny spring day with here and there a lost tuft of clouds. “But that should not have a name,” says weatherman Jan Visser on NH Radio. The temperature is in the elevator and increases this afternoon to a pleasant 18 degrees.

Heat record on the lurking

Tomorrow will probably be the hottest day of the month, with temperatures that can rise to 20 degrees or even slightly higher. The date record of 20.3 degrees from 1938 will probably be broken tomorrow, Visser predicts.

Soft weekend with slight cooling

On Friday evening some clouds will enter, but on Saturday it will still be soft with 18 degrees. The chance of rain is small, although that Sunday increases something. The temperature then drops to 15 degrees.
