In the 2nd Bundesliga, Eintracht Braunschweig is still fighting against relegation. Now the club has made a decision about the future of the trainer.
Despite persistent sporting difficulties, Eintracht Braunschweig continues to rely on coach Daniel Schering. After extensive consultations within the club bodies, the Lower Saxony decided to continue with the 40-year.
After the clear 1: 5 defeat against Hertha BSC, Scherning had been very criticized. Sports Managing Director Benjamin Kessel said: “After the defeat against Hertha BSC, we could not simply go on the agenda.” You have to show more constant services to ensure relegation. However, Kessel emphasized that the club would “continue with Daniel out of conviction”.
Eintracht is currently three points behind the first non -relegation, the Prussian Münster occupied. In Münster, of all people, the next game is scheduled for Braunschweig after the international break.
Scherning had taken over the Braunschweiger during the past season and led the team to relegation. Those responsible now express this trust again.
The coach in Braunschweig had already been criticized before Christmas. At that time there had also been discussions about a possible separation. During the winter break, however, the club decided to continue working with Scherning and strengthened the team with five new additions to the relegation battle.
