A minor girl ended up in the Wilhelminakanaal on Sunday afternoon. That happened after she had a traffic accident on the Herasstraat in Tilburg. Earlier she drove a lamppost from the ground with a car at the intersection of the Brakman and the Rodenburg. The girl was not injured, but she was taken to the hospital with an ambulance.
The accident happened around half past three and the girl would have had a fight for that. There is also talk of Joyriden. This means that you are driving the vehicle of someone else without permission and in many cases even without a driver’s license.
The car did not end up in the water, but the girl does. The police found the badly damaged car a little later behind a fence at the Herasstraat. It is not known how the car ended up there. The police are investigating the accident.
